In my opinion, few things beats a well done burger. And there’s plenty of good places the get it in Copenhagen. For some people the question of where to find the best burger in Copenhagen seems to be a religious question. So please remember that this is just my opinion.
My all time favorite is from a Café Zugarbaby. Nothing beats it. Don´t let the exterior or the interior scare you of. It does not look like much, but the burgers and the fries are fabulous. The burger comes in a bun with beef, tomato, ketchup and salat and then you can choose cheese, garlic, chili and green peppers. The fries come with ketchup or mayo.

Another favorite. This all-american diner has 7 different burgers including a kids-burgers to choose from. And a perfect hangover curing all day breakfast. I love the interior!

The people behind Burger and Bun are the same who owns the Michelin star thaifood restaurant Kiin Kiin in Copenhagen and Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin in Bangkok. Some people find this place a bit pricey, but my boyfriend whos the kind of guy who is always on the hunt for the perfect burger says its worth it! 4. Halifax
Halifax is a small chain with three restaurants in Copenhagen owned by two guys who met in Halifax in the U.S. They have a really big selection af quite exotic burgers inspired by different parts of the world. One burger is called Palermo and another Liverpool!

Cocks & Cows is another of the gourmet burger restaurants (like Burger and Bun) which has opened within the last year. And they seem to be winning the race with a nomination for the best burger in town.
